When we opened our first outlet in Nottingham, we recognised we were able to provide a valuable and needed service to our customers within a casual and friendly environment. We knew our customers wanted us to do all we could to provide service that was fast and recognise them respectfully as real people who we appreciated doing business with. We also knew in order to grow this business successfully, we needed trained and committed employees who could grow and develop as the company grew and developed.
